Every piece is made for you. Here's what to expect.
Processing Time
Our press-on nails and apparel are handmade to order — that means your set is crafted fresh, just for you. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing before your order ships. We don't rush art, but we do move with intention.
Orders are not processed on weekends or US holidays.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard: 3–7 business days
- Expedited: 2–3 business days
- Overnight: 1 business day (where available)
We ship via USPS and UPS. Carrier selection may vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International orders are shipped via DHL Express for fast, reliable delivery.
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after processing
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are outside of our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use it to follow your package every step of the way. If you don't see it, check your spam folder — and if it's still MIA, reach out to us.
A Note on Made-to-Order Items
Because everything is made fresh for you, we cannot guarantee rush processing. If you have a deadline (a birthday, an event, a moment you need to slay for), please contact us before placing your order so we can let you know if we can make it happen.
